Are you good with numbers and love working with people outside of Finance? As a Finance Executive, you will be involved in financial and accounting activities such as budgeting/forecasting, finance reporting and variance analysis. You will also be required to provide business partnering and administrative support to the Sleek team’s global business operations.

Position Duties

Business Partnering and Financial Planning and Analysis

  • Assists in Group Annual Budgets and Group Financial Forecasts
  • Assists with ongoing financial monitoring and analysis
  • Assists in fundraising activities and applications for applicable government grants
  • Working alongside internal stakeholders from various departments to provide financial information, tools, analysis and insight to make more informed decisions and drive business strategy.

Financial Reporting

  • Ensure adherence with Financial Policies & Procedures, timely close of  financial records
  • Perform Quarterly GST reporting
  • Able to liaise independently with Banker, Auditors, Tax agents
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity of the systems across the region, perform data audits regularly;
  • Assist in financial processes to ensure that all financial management requirements for Group Consolidated reporting are completed in a timely and accurate manner
  • Provision of financial related information to various stakeholders where requested e.g. investors/regulators/government authorities

Financial Operations

  • Process payroll and ensure compliance with all relevant local tax rules and statutory reporting requirements
  • Oversee and perform banking operations e.g. approve bank payment disbursements


  • Degree / Diploma in Accounting or Finance or a relevant field, or ACCA
  • At least 1-3 years of relevant experience, preferably some audit experience
  • Experienced in handling Audit
  • Excellent computer skills and proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets is highly desirable
  • Strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills, possess initiative and able to handle pressure and tight deadlines
  • Experience in Xero accounting system is advantageous
  • A team player who is hands-on and meticulous
  • Good command of written and spoken English
