Responsibilities

1.      Lead the development and execution of digital marketing strategies.

2.      Conduct market research and develop innovative concepts for marketing campaigns.

3.      Create, manage, and update content across digital platforms such as social media and the company website to ensure accuracy, relevance, and consistency.

4.      Plan and execute digital campaigns and promotional initiatives to grow followers, generate leads, enhance engagement, and strengthen brand awareness.

5.      Provide strategic recommendations and data-driven decisions to support business growth and elevate brand presence.

6.      Collaborate with Sales & Operations teams to analyze results, identify opportunities, and optimize systems, processes, and programs.

7.      Stay up to date with industry knowledge by attending workshops, reviewing publications, networking, and engaging in professional associations.

8.      Develop and manage influencer sponsorship programs and prepare digital content for social platforms.

9.      Write compelling copy for social media ads and manage online advertising campaigns.

10. Design and produce creative materials such as brochures, logos, cards, ads, and social media posts with strong aesthetic sense.

11. Manage social media marketing across TikTok, Instagram, XiaoHongShu (XHS), and Facebook, leveraging audience insights, trends, and performance analytics to drive sales and boost brand visibility.

12. Optimize the company website (UX/UI, content, SEO) and e-commerce platforms, ensuring they remain engaging, user-friendly, and aligned with brand messaging.

13. Perform general photo and video editing to support digital content creation.

14. Handle ad-hoc tasks as needed.

 

Requirements

1.      Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience with a Bachelor’s degree.

2.      Skilled in strategic planning, campaign execution (online & offline), budget management, and content creation for social media and e-commerce.

3.      Experienced in digital acquisition strategies to grow website audiences.

4.      Proficient in Google Marketing, TikTok, and Meta Business Manager.

5.      Familiar with Google Analytics and Power BI (preferred).

6.      Experience supporting PR initiatives and KOL/influencer collaborations, ensuring content and partnerships align with overall marketing strategies.

 

Location

Johor, Malaysia

 

 

Salary range

RM 5,000 – RM 7,500 per month
