Business Development Representative (BDR)

We’re a fast-growing B2B lead generation agency that specializes in building and managing outbound sales teams for clients across industries such as SaaS, digital marketing, IT services, financial technology, staffing, and business consulting.

Our specialty is cold calling. Our BDRs are the first point of contact with prospective customers, sparking interest, qualifying opportunities, and booking meetings that directly fuel our clients’ sales pipelines.

About the Role

As a Business Development Representative (BDR), you’ll execute outbound cold calling campaigns, follow proven outreach processes, and deliver a steady flow of qualified meetings for our clients. This is a results-driven position where success is measured by activity levels, quality of conversations, and booked meetings.

We’re looking for someone disciplined, detail-oriented, and skilled at turning cold calls into warm opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute high-volume outbound cold calls to B2B decision-makers.
  • Qualify prospects and schedule meetings that meet client requirements.
  • Follow structured outreach processes, scripts, and objection-handling frameworks.
  • Log activities, notes, and outcomes accurately in the CRM for transparent reporting.
  • Send confirmation emails, client introductions, and follow-up communications after booking meetings.
  • Re-engage warm leads through follow-up calls and emails.
  • Communicate with clients in real time to ensure smooth handoffs.
  • Provide feedback on lists, scripts, and messaging to improve results.
  • Collaborate with Account Managers to ensure a steady pipeline of qualified contacts.
  • Share insights on prospect objections, reactions, and market feedback.

What We’re Looking For

  • 2+ years of B2B outbound prospecting experience (BDR/SDR/cold calling).
  • Consistent track record of hitting or exceeding activity and meeting-booking targets.
  • Strong objection handling, rapport building, and closing skills.
  • Highly organized with excellent CRM discipline.
  • Adaptable and quick to learn new processes, tools, and client messaging.
  • Confident, persuasive communicator who builds trust quickly.
  • Team player with a positive attitude and collaborative mindset.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, fully remote environment.
  • Familiarity with tools like Slack, HubSpot, Calendly, Coda, and Nooks (or similar).

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base salary: From USD $1,000/month depending on experience and proven skills.
