Assistant Project Manager

We're looking for Assistant Project Manager (Remote, Asia – Paris Time Coverage)

About us:

Nfinite is a 3D visual content platform helping retail and e-commerce brands create high-quality product visuals to boost online sales.

Responsibilities

• Assigning and coordinating project contributors (3D artists, designers, QC specialists)
• Tracking deadlines and project stages
• Maintaining clear communication between all project participants
  Supporting the Project Manager with daily operational tasks
• Translating comments and task descriptions from English and/or French when needed

Requirements

• Strong written and spoken English is mandatory
• French language proficiency is a strong plus, but not required
• Experience in coordination, operations, or project support roles
• Ability to organize tasks, prioritize, and work independently
• Fast learner, flexible, and detail-oriented
• Knowledge of 3D production or digital content workflows is a plus

Working hours (IMPORTANT)

• Monday–Friday
• 01:00–09:00 Paris time – This is a regular daytime shift in Asia
  (e.g. 07:00–15:00 in Vietnam / 08:00–16:00 in the Philippines etc.)

Conditions

• Fully remote
• Freelance cooperation
• Full-time
