3. Talent Profiles

If you submit a talent profile, the information you provide (such as your name, job title, skills, experience, and links) may be displayed publicly on our platform after review and approval. Your email address is never shown publicly — only employers who unlock your profile can contact you directly.

4. Newsletter & Emails

If you subscribe to our newsletter, we will send you remote job updates, platform news, and occasional promotional content. You can unsubscribe at any time via the unsubscribe link at the bottom of every email. We use MailerLite to manage our mailing list.

5. Third-Party Services

We use trusted third-party services to operate our platform, including Google Analytics (site analytics), MailerLite (email marketing), Supabase (database and storage), and payment processors for job listing fees. Each of these services operates under its own privacy policy and data processing terms.

6. Cookies & Analytics

We use cookies for two things: keeping the site working (remembering your preferences) and understanding how people use it. The analytics part is Google Analytics 4 — it shows us which pages get visited, which jobs get applied to, and how people found us, so we can make the board better. We never send your name, email, or anything you type into a form to Google.

Analytics stays off until you say yes. The first time you visit, you'll see a banner asking you to accept or decline. Decline and we don't set analytics cookies or track you individually — we only receive anonymous, cookieless signals. Accept and we switch on standard Google Analytics. Either way, you get the full site.
