- Responsible for the data analysis services of each corresponding business department, participate in the research, analysis and realization of data analysis requirements; cooperate with business departments to carry out special analysis.
- Guide each business department to propose data mining projects, participate in the selection of projects, and conduct rule discovery and trend prediction through big data statistical analysis, mining modeling and other technologies, and assist business departments to design data application business scenarios and continue to improve.
- Extract common and high-value data analysis results, cooperate with the construction of the data center, promote the implementation of mature data analysis results in the data center, and assist the R&D unit in the creation of data products and the integration of information systems.
- Cooperate with the Bank's data-driven strategy, assist business departments to formulate diversified and precise business strategies in multiple dimensions such as customers, products, channels, and activities, provide data support for digital operations, and assist business decision-making.
Who You Are：
- 2 or more years of work experience in data analysis or data operation, statistics, mathematics, computer related majors are preferred, and those who have participated in data analysis and data modeling in 1-2 business fields are preferred.
- Be able to use one of the mainstream analysis tools such as Python, SAS, and R for data analysis or modeling, be proficient in using SQL for data extraction and analysis, and be able to complete analysis reports.
- Master common statistical methods, and experience in ABtest and machine learning modeling is preferred.
- Able to understand business issues well, sensitive to data, and able to communicate and collaborate smoothly with business teams.
- Possess the ability and enthusiasm to explore new business scenarios, and have independent insights into the migration and application of knowledge and technology to new scenarios.
