We are seeking a driven and proactive Sales Development Representative to support our business growth in Malaysia market. This role focuses on prospecting, engaging potential clients across multiple channels (phone, email, social platforms, canvassing, networking), and generating qualified leads. You will be the first point of contact for prospects and play a key role in building our sales pipeline.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and prospect new leads opportunities through cold calls, emails, canvassing, social media and other relevant outreach methods in Malaysia market.
- Research target industries, companies, and decision-makers to build a strong lead pipeline.
- Initiate conversations with prospects, qualify their needs and schedule meetings/demos
- Nurture relationships with potential clients through consistent follow-ups.
- Collaborate with the sales team to refine outreach strategies and messaging.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, activities, and outcomes in proper documentation
- Meet and exceed weekly/monthly targets for outreach, lead generation, and conversions.
Requirements
- Diploma/ Degree or equivalent.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in sales development, business development, or recruitment consulting.
- Proven experience in prospecting and lead generation across multiple channels.
- Strong communication skills with a confident and professional presence.
- Results-driven, resilient, and comfortable in a target-oriented environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Fluency in English & Mandarin required; Bahasa Melayu is an advantage.
