Responsibilities

Lead technical discussions and foster a culture of knowledge sharing across the engineering team

Transform complex business requirements into elegant, scalable solutions leveraging AWS cloud infrastructure

Take full ownership of your services — from initial development and testing through production deployment and ongoing monitoring

Partner with cross-functional engineering teams to architect and maintain a robust, resilient microservices ecosystem

Drive continuous improvement by challenging existing patterns and championing better architecture, cleaner code, and smarter tooling

Elevate the team by mentoring junior and mid-level engineers through coaching, code reviews, and knowledge transfer
Requirements
-
Professional JavaScript/TypeScript development experience, with proven expertise in Node.js microservices and backend architecture

Strong proficiency in React.js (Hooks, Context API, and modern state management) with a track record of building sophisticated, complex form flows and user interfaces

Experience successfully integrating third-party APIs and designing secure, scalable service architectures
-
Strong foundation in REST API design and development; GraphQL experience is a valuable plus

Hands-on experience optimizing both relational (MySQL/Postgres) and non-relational (MongoDB) databases for performance and scale
-
Excellent collaboration skills and a self-starter mentality — you know when to dive deep independently and when to bring the team together

Proficient in spoken and written English
