About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive and confident Sales Development Representative to join our team in Kuala Lumpur. This hybrid role requires you to work both remotely and from the office, with regular travel to the office for collaboration and training. Your primary responsibility will be to generate new business opportunities through outbound cold calling to qualified prospects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct high-volume outbound cold calls to potential clients to generate interest in our products/services.

• Qualify leads by identifying key decision-makers and understanding their needs.

• Schedule appointments and demos for the sales team with qualified prospects.

• Maintain detailed records of calls, contacts, and follow-ups in the CRM system.

• Work closely with sales and marketing teams to refine calling scripts and strategies.

• Attend regular in-office meetings, training, and team-building sessions.

• Continuously develop your knowledge of our offerings and target market.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in cold calling or telesales is highly preferred.

• Excellent verbal communication and listening skills.

• Resilient, confident, and able to handle rejection professionally.

• Self-motivated with a strong drive to meet and exceed targets.

• Comfortable working in a hybrid setup, with regular visits to the Kuala Lumpur office.

• Proficient with CRM tools and basic computer applications.

• Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
