The Role

We're looking for an experienced Account Executive to drive sales growth in the APAC region. You will be responsible for managing the full sales cycle with a focus on enterprise and mid-market customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, prospect, and qualify leads in the APAC region
  • Manage the complete sales cycle from initial contact through contract closure
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise and mid-market clients
  • Develop account plans and sales strategies to drive revenue growth
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams
  • Achieve and exceed quarterly sales targets and KPIs
  • Prepare and deliver product demonstrations and presentations
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of enterprise software sales experience
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets
  • Deep understanding of the SaaS sales cycle
  • Experience selling to enterprise and mid-market customers
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build and maintain executive relationships
  • Based in or willing to relocate to APAC region
  • Fluency in English; additional language skills (Mandarin, Japanese, Korean) a plus

Nice-to-Haves

  • Experience with developer-focused products or infrastructure software
  • Knowledge of PostgreSQL or database technologies
  • Background in cloud services or platform-as-a-service sales
  • Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
  • Familiarity with the startup/tech ecosystem in APAC
