What You’ll Do:

⭐ Manage day-to-day partner communications via tickets, email, and Slack, ensuring timely and accurate responses

⭐ Monitor and manage partner-related tickets to ensure SLA adherence and a zero backlog of unanswered communications

  • No unresolved partner communications beyond two business days

⭐ Coordinate closely with internal teams (Accounting, Corporate Secretary, Finance, Product) to resolve partner and client issues end-to-end

⭐ Maintain accurate account records, tagging, and notes in CRM and internal systems

⭐ Prepare partner performance updates and contribute to reviews using operational and renewal-related metrics

⭐ Identify recurring issues, trends, and improvement opportunities, and escalate with clear context and recommendations

⭐ Own resolution of the majority of partner issues independently, escalating only high-risk or cross-functional blockers with clear recommendations

Who You Are:

⭐ Experience in a Channel Partner / Partner Success / Account Management role

⭐ Prior experience in a client- or partner-facing operational environment

⭐ Experience managing a portfolio of external partners and navigating cross-functional dependencies is preferred

⭐ Experience in a similar industry (e.g., Corporate Secretary, Accounting, Professional Services) is a strong advantage
