What You'll Do:

  • As the Country Head of Business Development, you will drive and lead the overall business revenue. Your mission will be to make the brand as one of the top players in crypto platforms
  • Responsible in managing the business strategy, development direction and revenue management.
  • Responsible for clients and affiliate relationship management, identify and follow up on any future business opportunities.
  • Manage and enhance relationships with local crypto influencers, build partnerships with influencers for the purpose of user acquisition.
  • Planning of online and some offline marketing activities, events, and campaigns with influencers or media channels.
  • Expand the user base and grow awareness of the brand.
  • Devise creative ways to identify potential affiliates and acquire users.
  • Provide guidelines and supports to the team.

Who You Are:

  • 3+ years of business development / affiliate marketing experience in the Cryptocurrency space.
  • Experience in building large affiliate networks from start to finish.
  • Solid project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Understanding of fundamental affiliate customer acquisition KPIs and optimization methods to improve performance through data analysis and segmentation.
  • Fluent in English is a MUST.
