IT Support Specialist

Align HCM is hiring an IT Support Specialist in the Philippines to work from home as part of our talented team! Primary Duties and Key Responsibilities

• Internal IT Support
• Primary Point of Contact for external IT support provider
• Asset & Access Management
• Track and manage software licenses
• Onboarding/Offboarding of employees
• Identify opportunities for automation and efficiency in IT workflows
• Evaluate, recommend, and assist with implementing new tools and technologies

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
• Experience in IT support, asset management, and software procurement
• Knowledge of IT ticketing systems and Microsoft 365
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams

This is an overnight position scheduled Monday - Friday of each week during standard business hours for the Eastern Time Zone (PHT -13hr), no weekends or overtime required. 

The monthly salary range for this role (before night shift differential or bonuses) is estimated to be ₱90,500 - ₱105,000. Final offer will depend on factors like experience and qualifications.
