Position Overview
We're looking for a creative, fast-moving Marketing Designer who deeply understands marketing, copywriting, and micro-copy - and knows how to translate strategy into clear, compelling visual assets.
Responsibilities
- Design banners, brochures, presentations, landing pages, and other marketing materials.
- Write strong copy and micro-copy that drives action and speaks directly to our audience.
- Collaborate closely with the Marketing, Performance, and Product teams to ensure consistent, high-quality communication.
- Understand funnels, user journeys, and conversion optimization - and reflect that in precise design execution.
- Take high-level briefs and independently turn them into polished, effective deliverables.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in marketing/early-stage startups.
- Excellent copywriting skills in English (and ideally Spanish).
- Full proficiency in design tools (Figma/Adobe).
- Strong grasp of branding, storytelling, and visual communication.
- Curiosity, speed, and the ability to manage multiple projects at once.
