Senior Salesforce Developer

We are looking for an experienced Senior Salesforce Developer (all genders) to join our remote-first team in Malaysia and work closely with our colleagues in Germany. If you're passionate about building smart, scalable Salesforce solutions and enjoy collaborating in a fast-paced international environment this might be the perfect role for you.

You’ll be part of our growing team in Malaysia, which includes a Junior Salesforce Consultant, an experienced Enterprise Architect and three Designers focusing on UI/UX, visual design, and business storytelling.

You will work closely with our Salesforce and consulting teams in Germany. Working hours are typically aligned with Central European Time (08:00–17:00 CET), with flexibility to ensure team collaboration.

PLEASE NOTE: We are only able to consider applications from candidates who hold Malaysian citizenship and reside in Malaysia.

As a Senior Salesforce Developer, you will:

• Develop custom Salesforce components using Apex, Flows, LWC, and Visualforce
• Integrate Salesforce with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs
• Support architectural decision-making, working closely with consultants and enterprise architects
• Troubleshoot complex issues using tools like Developer Console and Workbench
• Ensure system security and compliance, including GDPR and CCPA alignment
• Support release cycles from development to testing and production
• Depending on your interests and experience, you may also gradually contribute to solution design and technical consulting.

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development
• Strong knowledge of Apex, SOQL, Lightning Web Components, and advanced Flows
• Experience with integrations and web technologies (REST APIs, HTML, JS, CSS)
• Ability to work independently in a remote setup, while being a strong team player
• Fluent English communication skills (spoken and written)
• Previous international project experience is a plus
