Business Enablement Support - Coupa

About the Role

Denova is seeking a Business Enablement Support to join our team. You must have hands-on Coupa experience and a strong analytical mindset to deconstruct, measure, and optimise workflows for greater efficiency and performance. You will bridge strategic growth and technical execution to support our global transformation.

This role requires availability for mid-shift and is open exclusively to candidates based in the Philippines.

Key Responsibilities

• Support process mapping and documentation by capturing current and future-state procurement and finance processes impacted by the Coupa implementation.
• Perform data analysis to support solution design, business decision-making, and readiness activities (e.g. spend, supplier, process, or transactional data).
• Develop and maintain dashboards, questionnaires, and business readiness artefacts to track progress, risks, and adoption throughout the implementation.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by preparing test scenarios, coordinating business testers, capturing feedback, and supporting issue resolution with the project team.
• Work closely with the Business Enablement Lead and implementation partners to ensure business requirements are understood, validated, and reflected in the implemented solution prior to go-live.

Required Skills & Experience

• 3+ years' experience in Business Enablement, Operations, or implementation support roles.
• Experience with Coupa implementations or similar S2P / P2P platforms.
• Process mapping experience using tools such as Lucidchart or Visio.
• Hands-on UAT experience, including test support and defect management.
• Strong English communication and stakeholder skills.
