Role Overview

We're seeking a Data Product Lead to join our team and drive product decisions through data insights. You'll own the data strategy for our platform, working closely with product, engineering, and business teams to understand user behavior and optimize our offerings.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement data collection strategies across our platform
• Build and maintain dashboards and analytics infrastructure
• Analyze user behavior and identify opportunities for product optimization
• Work with product and engineering teams to prioritize data-driven improvements
• Present insights and recommendations to leadership
• Establish metrics and KPIs that align with business objectives
• Conduct deep-dive analysis on user segments and product performance
• Lead cross-functional data initiatives and projects

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in data analytics, product analytics, or similar role
• Strong SQL and Python skills
• Experience with analytics tools and data visualization platforms
• Proven ability to influence product decisions through data
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Understanding of blockchain/DeFi ecosystem (nice-to-have, but preferred)

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience with A/B testing and experimentation frameworks
• Knowledge of crypto and decentralized finance
• Experience in high-growth startups
• Familiarity with dbt or other data transformation tools
