About the Position

The Go-To-Market (GTM) Operations Specialist partners with regional Sales leadership to drive efficiency and execution. You will be the first line of support for process, tools, and analysis, removing distractions from revenue-generating activities. You represent regional needs to functions including Systems, Analytics, Sales Enablement, while leading the rollout and adoption of new GTM tools.

What You Will Do

  • GTM Strategy & Execution: Partner with Sales and Marketing leadership to implement and refine regional GTM strategies.
  • CPQ & Deal Support: Provide daily front-line support for CPQ, assisting the sales team with creating quotes, managing approvals, and troubleshooting configuration issues.
  • Contract Administration: Support end-to-end electronic signature process, providing support for sending and tracking DocuSigns to ensure timely deal closure.
  • Pipeline & Forecast Management: Oversee sales lead, opportunity, and forecast management to maintain a clean and predictable revenue pipeline.
  • Process & Tools Oversight: Document internal processes and oversee the day-to-day usage of GTM applications to ensure operational excellence and data integrity.
  • Actionable Analytics: Collaborate with Reporting functions to track Sales/Marketing KPIs and provide insights that optimize business outcomes.
  • Enablement & Onboarding: Work with Sales Enablement to ensure new hires have proper training plans, documentation, and system access.
  • Lead Management: Monitor lead routing, assignment volume, and disposition; ensure marketing lead uploads and integrations are successful.
  • Productivity Enhancement: Identify and implement improvements for workflows, training, and sales tools to boost field productivity.
  • Technical Liaison: Serve as the primary technical bridge between regional sales teams and global technology administrators.

What We're Looking For

Minimum Requirements

  • Experience: 3–5 years in Sales, Marketing, or GTM/Revenue Operations with a deep understanding of the Sales/Marketing continuum.
  • Tech Stack: Proficiency with CRM (Salesforce.com preferred) and CPQ tools. Experience with DocuSign and Marketing Automation (HubSpot preferred) is essential.
  • Analytical Skills: Highly proficient in Excel and the Microsoft Office Suite for data-driven decision-making.
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written skills with the ability to manage expectations in a complex, matrixed environment.
  • Compliance: Familiarity with local compliance and privacy regulations as they impact GTM systems.
  • Mindset: Independently motivated, outcomes-oriented, and a strong team player who operates with urgency.

Preferred Qualifications

  • AI Expertise: Experience leveraging AI-driven tools to automate workflows, improve lead scoring, or enhance predictive analytics is a plus.

Compensation

Actual compensation for this position may vary and will depend on multiple factors such as relevant qualifications, experience, education, and geographic location. For Full-Time Regular Employees, this position is also eligible for additional compensation as follows:

  • Sales Roles: This position is eligible for a commission structure in addition to base salary.
  • Non-Sales Roles: This position is eligible for an annual bonus which is paid dependent on various factors, including and without limitation, individual and company performance in addition to base salary.
