About the Role

We are seeking a Head of Marketing to lead and scale our marketing function at GRVT TECHNOLOGIES. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies, building and managing a high-performing marketing team, and driving brand awareness and customer acquisition across multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute the overall marketing strategy aligned with business objectives
Build, mentor, and manage a growing marketing team across various disciplines
Oversee brand development, positioning, and messaging across all touchpoints
Drive product launches and go-to-market strategies
Manage marketing budget allocation and ROI optimization
Lead digital marketing initiatives including SEO, SEM, content marketing, and social media
Establish marketing KPIs and analytics frameworks to measure performance
Collaborate with sales, product, and executive teams to align on marketing objectives
Develop customer acquisition and retention strategies
Stay current with industry trends and competitive landscape

Requirements

7+ years of marketing experience with at least 3+ years in a leadership role
Proven track record of successfully scaling marketing functions
Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tactics
Experience with marketing analytics, attribution modeling, and data-driven decision making
Excellent project management and organizational skills
Exceptional communication and presentation abilities
Experience in a B2B or B2C technology/SaaS environment preferred
Strong leadership and team management capabilities

Nice-to-Haves

Experience in the fintech or blockchain space
Track record of successful fundraising support
Experience with marketing automation platforms
