Member of Technical Staff, MLE

About the Role

We're looking for a Member of Technical Staff, Machine Learning Engineer to join our growing team in Singapore. This is an opportunity to work on cutting-edge machine learning systems and contribute to the development of advanced AI technologies.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and optimize machine learning models and systems
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions
• Conduct research and experimentation to improve model performance
• Implement and deploy machine learning solutions in production environments
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving engineering practices
• Stay updated with the latest developments in machine learning and AI

Requirements

• Strong background in machine learning and deep learning
• Proficiency in Python and relevant ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, etc.)
• Experience with large-scale model training and deployment
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Experience with version control systems (Git)
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience with natural language processing and large language models
• Published research or contributions to open-source ML projects
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)
• Knowledge of distributed systems and parallel computing
• Experience with MLOps and model deployment pipelines
