About the Role

Revolut's People team shapes how we support our people and ensure a seamless experience every day. From onboarding to coaching and development, they partner with teams across the business to create a people-first environment that enables growth and success.

We're looking for a People Partner to drive our HR advisory strategy in Philippines. You'll bring a balance of strategic insight and operational execution to shape policies and procedures while embedding culture across the team to enable continuous growth and learning.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Being a trusted strategic advisor to stakeholders, providing expert HR advice, guidance, and coaching to managers
  • Identifying People issues and trends within the business, and working together with your key stakeholders to formulate and implement solutions
  • Optimising day-to-day HR operations with central HR teams, keeping customer centricity and automation in mind
  • Leading the performance management discussions and disciplinary procedures within your accounts
  • Contributing to the development of world-class HR policies and procedures

What You'll Need

  • Experience in a regulated financial services and hypergrowth environment, like banking or fintech
  • Analytical thinking and project management skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Flexibility and adaptability
  • A data and process-driven approach towards HR
  • To be results-driven and numbers-oriented
  • Extensive knowledge of local labour laws
  • Demonstrable experience in reviewing and developing policies and procedures
  • Fluency in English

Nice to Have

  • Experience in a multinational company, adapting global policies to local nuances
  • Knowledge of testing and assessing internal controls, identifying compliance/risk where required
  • Exceptional storytelling skills with the ability to influence through communication
