Responsibilities

  • In charge of the end-to-end process of talent acquisition activities, from job requisition/intake meetings with hiring managers to pre-onboarding
  • Proactively source and identify potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and industry events.
  • Utilize advanced search techniques and tools to build a strong talent pipeline of candidates
  • Conduct qualifying phone screens and interviews to evaluate candidates' technical skills, experience, and cultural alignment.
  • Partner with key stakeholders and hiring managers to understand and clarify talent needs and expectations
  • Provide insights and recommendations on candidate profiles, market trends, and best practices to ensure successful hires.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the interview process by maintaining clear communication and timely feedback.
  • Extend job offers to shortlisted candidates, negotiate compensation packages, and address any concerns or questions.
  • Collaborate with various organizations, including tertiary institutions, for recruitment events, internships, and talent pipelining
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Perform any other ad-hoc duties as required

Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills, strong verbal and written English.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimally 3 years of experience in recruitment operations and/or talent acquisition, experience in hiring technical roles across SEA is an advantage
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools, including Boolean search and LinkedIn Recruiter, among others.
  • Strong proficiency in data management, reporting, and analysis, with advanced skills in Excel or similar.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.

Compensation

₱30,000 - ₱40,000 a month
