Senior Full Stack Engineer (AI-Native)

About the Role

We're looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer (AI-Native) to join us on a contract basis. This is an exciting opportunity to work on cutting-edge AI-native applications and platforms at Mindvalley.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement full-stack solutions for AI-native applications
• Build and optimize both frontend and backend systems that integrate AI capabilities
• Collaborate with product, design, and AI teams to translate requirements into scalable code
• Develop robust APIs and services that support AI features
• Ensure code quality through testing, code reviews, and best practices
• Optimize application performance and user experience
• Participate in architectural discussions and technical decision-making

Requirements

• 7+ years of professional software engineering experience
• Proven expertise in full-stack development across multiple modern frameworks
• Strong backend engineering fundamentals (APIs, databases, microservices)
• Experience with modern frontend technologies and frameworks
• Demonstrated experience working with or integrating AI/ML features
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience with prompt engineering or LLM integration
• Knowledge of vector databases and embedding systems
• Experience with real-time applications or websockets
• Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Open-source contributions or side projects demonstrating full-stack skills
