About the Role
We are seeking a Support Engineer to join the Supabase team, focused on providing technical support to our customers in the APAC region. As a Support Engineer, you will be responsible for assisting users with issues, troubleshooting problems, and helping customers get the most out of Supabase.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide responsive and effective technical support to Supabase users in the APAC region
- Troubleshoot technical issues and help resolve customer problems
- Maintain detailed documentation and communication with customers
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to identify and escalate bugs or feature requests
- Contribute to the knowledge base and community resources
Requirements
- Strong technical background with experience in software engineering or a related field
- Experience with databases, particularly PostgreSQL
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal)
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently
- Based in or willing to work with the APAC timezone
Nice-to-Haves
- Experience with Supabase or similar backend-as-a-service platforms
- Knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript
- Previous customer support or technical support experience
- Familiarity with REST APIs and GraphQL
