Role Overview

We are seeking a Technical Integration Specialist (APAC) to join our team. In this role, you will serve as the technical bridge between our customers and the Constructor platform, ensuring smooth integration, implementation, and ongoing technical success.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead technical integration projects with APAC-based customers, ensuring timely and successful implementation of the Constructor platform
• Conduct discovery calls and technical scoping sessions with customers to understand their requirements and architect solutions that meet their business needs
• Develop and maintain comprehensive integration documentation and technical guides for customers
• Provide hands-on technical support during the integration process, including API implementation, data mapping, and system configuration
• Collaborate with our product and engineering teams to identify and communicate customer pain points and feature requests
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions in a timely manner
• Monitor integrations post-launch to ensure optimal performance and identify opportunities for optimization
• Act as a technical advocate for customers, helping them maximize value from the Constructor platform
• Build and maintain strong relationships with APAC customers and key stakeholders
• Contribute to knowledge sharing and continuous improvement of integration processes and documentation

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in technical customer success, solutions engineering, or customer implementation roles
• Strong understanding of REST APIs and ability to work with API documentation
• Experience with e-commerce platforms or digital commerce environments
• Excellent technical communication skills - ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Proven track record of managing complex customer implementations from discovery through to successful launch
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently as well as collaboratively
• Experience with data integration, ETL processes, or data mapping
• Proficiency with tools such as Postman, REST clients, or similar API testing tools
• Based in or willing to work within the APAC timezone
• Fluent in English (written and verbal)

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience with JavaScript or other programming languages
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (Shopify, SAP Commerce, Adobe Commerce, etc.)
• Experience with search or recommendation platforms
• Knowledge of machine learning or AI concepts in e-commerce
• Previous experience working in technical roles within the APAC regions
• Experience with customer success platforms or CRM systems
