Role Overview

We're looking for an experienced Android Developer to join our growing team and help us build exceptional mobile applications for our users.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain high-quality Android applications
• Collaborate with product and design teams to implement new features
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code
• Perform code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members
• Troubleshoot and debug applications to ensure optimal performance
• Stay updated with the latest Android development best practices and tools

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional Android development experience
• Strong proficiency in Kotlin and/or Java
• Experience with Android Studio and version control systems (Git)
• Understanding of Android architecture patterns and best practices
• Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and networking concepts
• Experience with database integration and ORM libraries

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience with cross-platform development frameworks
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines
• Experience with Jetpack Compose or other modern UI frameworks
• Contribution to open-source projects

Location

This role is based in Malaysia. This is a hybrid role. You are expected to work from our Malaysia office at least 3 days per week.
