Are you a sharp analytical thinker who thrives at the intersection of business strategy, product development, and cutting-edge technology?

We are looking for a Business Analyst to act as the vital bridge between our business stakeholders and technology teams. In this role, you won’t just document processes—you will apply a strong product sense to review products, analyze complex requirements, and identify key features that drive immense value.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to implement data-driven solutions, identify opportunities for system improvements, and drive operational efficiency. Additionally, you’ll be a key ally to our product team, actively supporting them with requirement gathering, workshops, testing, and translating big ideas into crisp technical requirements for our developers.

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities

1. Process Analysis, Requirement Gathering & Product Support

  • Product Evaluation & Feature Identification: Apply a strong product sense to review existing products, identify key features, and analyze requirements to support broader product strategy—whether through continuous enhancements, evolutionary iterations, or other lifecycle changes.
  • Requirements Elicitation & Support: Collaborate with business stakeholders through workshops to elicit and refine requirements. Support the Senior Product Manager and Product Analyst with requirement gathering and writing clear, actionable requirements for development teams.
  • Business Process Modeling: Apply BPMN to model, analyze, and improve business processes, identifying inefficiencies and opportunities.
  • Workshop Facilitation: Support and facilitate structured workshops to engage stakeholders, gather requirements, and validate solutions.
  • Co-Design and Co-Develop: Work closely with technical designers and build teams to ensure requirements are feasible by asking the right questions and employing critical thinking.
  • Tech-to-Business Translator: Act as a core liaison between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams, ensuring crystal-clear requirements communication.
  • Requirements Management: Utilize Confluence to document, track, and manage requirements throughout the project lifecycle.

2. Data Analysis, AI & Quality Assurance

  • Data-Driven Solutions: Analyze complex datasets to recommend data-driven solutions that improve overall organizational efficiency.
  • AI Model Evaluation: Analyze large datasets specifically to grade AI model performance and accurately calculate results.
  • AI & Prompt Engineering: Utilize hands-on prompt engineering skills to actively support ongoing AI development and implementation.
  • Quality Assurance Support: Support the Senior Product Manager and Product Analyst with comprehensive testing initiatives.
  • Test Planning & Execution: Create detailed, structured test plans and complete thorough smoke testing for product releases.

3. Contributing to the Success of a High-Performing Team

  • Team Collaboration: Regularly facilitate team meetings to surface issues, share knowledge, celebrate achievements, and ensure an accurate transfer of information to the product team.
  • Leadership & Synergy: Provide training and direction as needed while developing strong, effective working relationships across the entire product team.
  • Cross-Business Communication: Effectively share information and insights with the team, ensuring seamless, successful communication across all areas of the business.

Role Requirements

Education & Industry Experience

  • Education: A relevant and applicable Bachelor’s Degree.
  • Core Experience: Proven experience in a dedicated Business Analysis function or role.
  • SaaS Expertise: Deep experience working in software, particularly with SaaS platforms.
  • Stakeholder Success: Demonstrated success working with and managing a diverse set of internal and external stakeholders to validate features, test assumptions, and manage expectations.
  • Project Management: Proven ability to independently manage projects from inception to completion.

Technical Skills & Methodologies

  • AI Experience: Hands-on experience working on projects implementing AI solutions, with specific exposure to prompt engineering or agentic workflows.
  • Workflow & Documentation Tools: Proficiency in Requirements Management Software (Confluence) and workflow tools (JIRA).
  • Process Mapping: Practical experience with Business Process Modelling Notation (BPMN).
  • Methodologies: Solid understanding of software development methodologies (Agile, SDLC, Lean, Scrum, or similar).

Language & Communication

  • Flawless English Fluency: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a non-negotiable. Because you will be working directly with AI models, you must deeply understand how the subtleties, syntax, and nuances of language are interpreted by machines.
