PT Hitechmain Solusi Indonesia is looking for a highly motivated and target-oriented Business Development Executive to join our Malaysia team.
You will be responsible for identifying potential clients, developing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and closing deals. The ideal candidate is confident in communicating with clients, proactive in generating new opportunities, and highly motivated to achieve monthly revenue targets.
Responsibilities
• Identify and approach potential clients across Malaysia.
• Generate and develop new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and business discussions.
• Understand client needs and propose suitable solutions.
• Prepare proposals, negotiate commercial terms, and close deals.
• Manage the business development process from prospecting to closing.
• Follow up consistently with prospects and maintain an active pipeline.
• Achieve a monthly revenue target of RM 100,000.
• Maintain accurate records of prospects, opportunities, and client activities.
• Provide regular business development and pipeline reports to management.
Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree in any major.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Business Development.
• Proven experience in acquiring new clients and closing B2B deals.
• Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.
• Able to independently generate leads and develop a strong client pipeline.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Strong understanding of the Malaysian business market.
• Target-oriented, proactive, and results-driven.
• Strong relationship-building and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently and take ownership of monthly targets.
• Experience handling corporate clients is highly preferred.
