Responsibilities (how we will measure success):

โญ Own Core Hubspot Hubs: Strategic and operational ownership of Osome's HubSpot installation across all core hubs, a 750+ workflow environment that is directly integral to revenue generation. This is not a support role; you own the platform, its evolution, and its outcomes.

โญ Optimize & Scale Marketing Ops: Architect and lead our Marketing Ops function, designing for scale, not just maintaining the status quo.

โญ Process ownership: Be the single point of contact and decision-maker for marketing ops processes across Marketing, Sales, Onboarding, Technology, Content, and Partners.

โญ Campaign Insights: Partner with the marketing and sales leadership team to drive data-driven segmentation, improve marketing ROI, and translate tool-level insights into business decisions.

โญ Systems Integration: Own the integration between HubSpot and our communication, billing, analytics, and reporting platforms, ensuring data flows are reliable, scalable, and auditable.

โญ Data integrity: Maintain HubSpot as the single source of truth, enforcing data governance, eliminating duplication and errors, and running rigorous, regular audits to ensure zero lead leakage.

โญ Continuous improvement: Proactively identify optimization opportunities across tools and processes, design and run experiments, and drive measurable improvements in pipeline velocity, conversion, and retention.

โญ Cross-functional program leadership: Independently initiate and lead programs across teams to improve SQL volume, conversion rates, and customer retention, owning the net outcome

What you'll do:

โญ Maintain and continuously optimize the full workflow estate (750+), ensuring all automations affecting sales, marketing, and cross-functional teams are running reliably and at peak performance

โญ Act as the go-to problem-solver for marketing ops issues, deploying workflows, custom code, integrations, and reporting fixes at pace

โญ Stay ahead of org-wide initiatives, proactively flag ops dependencies or risks, and communicate clearly with stakeholders across teams and time zones

โญ Run daily data integrity checks across all inbound sources to the CRM, ensuring 100% data accuracy and zero lead leakage

โญ Build and maintain integrations and reporting solutions using tools like Zapier and Looker, ensuring every team can access data in the format they need

โญ Prepare weekly performance reports, surface insights and exceptions early, and keep stakeholders informed before issues become disruptions

โญ Manage access controls, audit logs, and system exceptions, identifying business-critical risks before they escalate

Who you are:

โญ 7-10 years of experience in working with Hubspot or similar enterprise-grade CRM, with experience in rolling out complex workflows, dependencies & data integrations

โญ Well-versed with workflows, integrations & native reporting tools

โญ Strong exposure to sales processes, pipelines, post-sales handover & customer journey management

โญ Exposure to system integration platforms like Zapier, Google Suite, Twilio, Miro, Notion

โญ Experience working with communication platforms for voice & WhatsApp campaigns is an additional advantage

โญ Experience with reporting platforms such as Looker, Power BI
